LiveJournal Friends Overlap in Perl/CGI
So this Friends Overlap thing is down at the moment. I figured I'd write my own Perl/CGI version.
Find the number of LJ friends you have in common with each of your LJ friends here.
( My LiveJournal Friends Overlap )
If you want to post the generated list to your LJ, view the source; the list is dumped in a LJ-friendly format.
I had written a version of the script quite sometime back. But, I had used FOAF then, and that made things way too slow. This script uses Friend-Data.
I might have to discontinue the script if it hogs my server's bandwith beyond a limit.

Of Kodak CX6200, the Daily Python-URL, etc
I have finally made the money to be able to afford a decent DigiCam. I am considering the Kodak EasyShare CX6200. Specs here. It costs seven grands, and that's what I can afford now. If there's anything better I could buy for the same (or slightly higher) price, please leave a comment before I fool myself.
In other news, Py Tic Tac Toe is in the Daily Python-URL too.
Oh, and some days back I mentioned about an article, Instant Messaging - A Programmer's Tool?. The article is here
