Of typing, pics, etc.

The Day After Tomorrow is probably the only place you'll see the US of A seeking refuge from another country. The movie's not all that good.

In other news, now, at least ten people have said I look like Jesus!

In other stuff, I said that I won't be bothered by “typing issues”, and I'm not bothered, but I had to point this out: Jason Hickey, in Introduction to the Objective Caml Programming Language has messed up strong typing with static typing. Quoting him:
ML is strongly typed, meaning that the type of every variable and every expression in a program is determined at compile-time...
What was just described is static typing, not strong typing. He seems confused because in a later paragraph he gets it right. Quoting:
OCaml is a strongly typed language: every expression must have a type, and expressions of one type may not be used as expressions in another type...
(Emphases theirs.) What concerns me is that this guy is not a random Joe.

I know there might be very few interested in this (perhaps none), but anyway for those interested there's [info]ocaml.

I went to Gorai beach on Saturday. Few pics:
