How much sex should you have to stay healthy?
Four times a week, apparently—according to world-renowned surgeon Dr. Mehmet Oz. Also, two-hundred orgasms a year reduces your physiological age by six years.
I urge all those who intend to quit smoking (or stop drinking, or lose weight)—but are in a state of denial—to please, somehow, watch Inside the Human Body (it aired today on The Oprah Winfrey Show at 1400 IST). (I am a fan, by the way.) The show's an eye-opener. After watching the show—if you really want to—you'll, almost definitely, quit smoking. However, if you do not, you probably lack the intent to quit. First, it's very important to realize that smoking is bad (yes, those who smoke—most of them—do know that it's bad, but they do not realize it)—only then will you be able to actually quit.
Dr. Oz brought human organs—a normal and a damaged heart, a normal and a damaged liver, etc.—for the show.

Also, if you have already quit smoking, this should make you happy—sooner or later. (Thanks to
